Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety, quality, and hygiene practices.
  • Ensure the safety, quality, and legality of products and practices across the UK Business.
  • Provide site technical teams with information about adherence to compliance against required standards.
  • Identify and communicate deviations from standards using audits and inspections.
  • Contribute to customer complaints investigations and support the generation of quality statements.
  • Administer various databases and collect, store, assess, and maintain production and raw material samples.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 training.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proficiency in MS
