Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services, working alongside our experienced team of RICS-registered surveyors.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the valuation and surveying of residential properties, as well as providing support to our clients and customers. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property types and scenarios, and will be supported by our comprehensive training programme and established mentoring scheme.

  • Assist in the valuation and surveying of residential properties

  • Develop skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the eligibility criteria for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships.
