Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and developing your skills in residential valuation and property risk services.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced surveyors in conducting property inspections, gathering data, and providing reports to clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property types and scenarios, developing your knowledge and skills in residential building pathology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced surveyors in conducting property inspections and gathering data
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of residential building pathology
  • Provide reports to clients on property inspections and valuations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
