Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Trainee Residential Surveyor program. As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and developing your skills in residential valuation and property risk services.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and risk assessments. You will also have the opportunity to work with our experienced technical experts to develop your knowledge and skills in residential building pathology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and risk assessments
  • Develop knowledge and skills in residential building pathology
  • Work with our experienced technical experts to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our company
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
