About the RoleAs a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and risk assessments. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property types and scenarios, developing your knowledge and skills in residential surveying.
Key Responsibilities- Assist experienced surveyors in conducting property valuations and risk assessments
- Develop knowledge and skills in residential surveying through on-the-job training and mentoring
- Work on a wide range of property types and scenarios
- Contribute to the development of our company's residential surveying services
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
- Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
