About the Position

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is seeking an Independent Living Assistant to join our team in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to support an individual with Autism in their own home, fostering independence and confidence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support with tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and accompanying the individual on outings. They will also work closely with the individual to set and achieve personal goals, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13 per day, with enhanced pay on Bank Holidays. We prioritize staff development and well-being, offering comprehensive training and support to ensure our employees feel valued and empowered in their work.

Person Specification

We are seeking an individual who shares our passion for supporting people with Autism and is committed to delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
