About the Position

As an Estates Manager at Places for People Living Plus, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. With your expertise in housing management and social care, you will ensure that our communities thrive and remain inclusive and safe spaces for everyone.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with residents to promote safe and secure independent living
  • Providing advice on rent and service charges
  • Assisting with benefits claims and supporting customers with their financial needs
  • Collaborating with our internal income recovery team to reduce rent arrears

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in housing management, social care, and/or retirement living services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
