We are seeking a recent psychology graduate to join Academics Ltd as an Educational Mentor for Young Learners in Lambeth. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with students who require additional support in their social, emotional, and academic development.

About the Role:

You will work collaboratively with teachers to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment, focusing on individualized support plans to meet students' diverse needs. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping students' educational journeys and fostering their growth.

  • Develop and implement targeted support plans for students, utilizing psychology-based insights to inform your practice
  • Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver lessons, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all students
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Contribute to ongoing assessments and evaluations of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebration
