About the Job:
This Behaviour Mentor role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in EN3. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional who can provide targeted support to students with SEND, focusing on social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Key Tasks:
- Provide individualised support to students with SEND, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, support teams, and families to create a comprehensive support plan for each student.
- Foster a safe and inclusive school environment that promotes student achievement and well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND and/or challenging behaviour.
- Patient, resilient, and committed to helping students succeed.
- Relevant qualifications, such as Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, Psychology, or Behaviour Support.
