About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating brand awareness and driving sales growth for our high-end exterior lighting products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, architects, and contractors
  • Deliver high-quality CPD presentations to promote our products and services
  • Work closely with our regional sales managers and project managers to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
