About This Opportunity

As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Brainkind, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with brain injuries. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess service user needs and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Promote open communication and encourage feedback from service users and their representatives
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and volunteers to deliver high-quality occupational therapy
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date records are maintained in accordance with professional standards
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues through teaching and mentoring
  • Foster a safe working environment, maintaining confidentiality and undertaking additional tasks as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or BSC (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with Health & Care Professions Council
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development
  • Expertise in OT assessments and interventions, with ability to work autonomously and manage risk efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build effective relationships

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35-£40 per hour DOE, 35 days holiday including bank holidays, pension contributions, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
