Our Team

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Client Manager / Associate Director to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing a designated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary contact for a designated portfolio.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client relationships.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Lead the preparation and review of accounts, audits, and other financial reports.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
  • Advisory Services
    • Assist in advisory assignments including business valuations, transactional due diligence, and strategic planning.
    • Provide expert advice to clients on financial and business matters.
  • Team Management
    • Oversee the workflow pipeline and manage monthly billing processes.
    • Train and delegate tasks to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, working closely with directors to drive growth and excellence.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • ACCA/ACA qualified, with significant experience in an accountancy practice.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to client management and problem-solving.
