Job Summary

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a skilled Transition Manager to partner with our change management team and internal stakeholders to improve processes and implement new systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating large-scale change programs, enhancing efficiency through strong governance, and collaborating with finance and other functions to ensure compliance with local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global teams to facilitate large-scale change programs, enhancing efficiency through strong governance.
  • Collaborate with finance and other functions to ensure compliance with local requirements.
  • Document and adhere to robust governance practices, including PIDs, SOPs, and Responsibility matrices.
  • Create Knowledge Transfer plans to manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
  • Develop post-go-live support plans and assist in early stabilization.
  • Work with third parties and teams to develop well-assessed, resourced solutions and effective communication plans.

Requirements

  • Experience working between finance, IT, and other business functions, bridging communication.
  • Experience implementing changes to processes and systems, including large-scale ERPs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Desirably, experience with Oracle systems, MS Office, or other ERPs.
  • Relevant degree in finance, business, or a similar field.
