Job Title: Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Manager to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our Global Sherwin Business Service (SBS) organization, you will play a critical role in driving strategic improvements across the globe, with a focus on EMEAI and collaboration with the Kuala Lumpur finance hub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with SBS Transition and Delivery teams globally to support the delivery of large-scale change programs, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiencies through robust change governance and best practices.
  • Work with Finance and other impacted functions to ensure local mandatory or essential requirements are met by the change and stabilization can be achieved quickly, typically within 3 months.
  • Develop and implement Knowledge Transfer plans to deliver change, set expectations, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).
  • Build post-go-live support plans and support Delivery leaders to ensure early stabilization.
  • Work with SBS Change teams to build communication and RACI plans to support all change and keep those impacted aware and engaged.
Requirements:
  • Experience of transition and change management in a global Finance environment.
  • Experience of implementing process change across large-scale ERP systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and re-engineer processes.
  • Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to shift priorities.
  • Capability to synthesize and analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
Technical/Skill Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform consistently, multi-tasking as necessary, and demonstrating good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management using strong written and verbal communications.
  • UiPath, User experience, and knowledge to improve processes.
  • Oracle, OnBase, Coupa, Microsoft Office tools, Database experience, and Reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Discoverer, OBIEE.
