Job Title: Child Protection Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our child protection team in Cornwall. As a Child Protection Specialist, you will work with child protection, children in need, and hold a caseload of child protection. You will need experience in child protection and court work, children in care, children in need, and knowledge/use of Signs of Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments and interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families

* Develop and implement plans to protect children from harm and promote their welfare

* Collaborate with other professionals, such as police, healthcare, and education, to ensure a comprehensive approach to child protection

Requirements:

* Social Work Qualification

* Experience as a Social Worker within children's services

* Social Work England Registration
