Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Marhamchurch C of E Academy, located in a beautiful rural village near Bude. The successful candidate will work alongside our passionate team to ensure children receive high-quality support and care.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role involves supporting teachers with planning, preparing, and delivering engaging learning opportunities. You will also work closely with colleagues to remove barriers to learning and enable every child to achieve their full potential.
Your experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs would be advantageous, but we encourage applications from individuals who are excited about this role and committed to making a difference in the lives of our local children.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
