St. Helena Hospice Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Palliative Care Specialist. In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing high standards of specialist palliative care to patients and their relatives.

Patient Care

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care needs for patients, including providing rapid response visits to those in crisis. You will also triage calls over 24 hours and provide advice and support to patients registered with us or on the My Care Choices register.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills in advanced communication, symptom control management, and end-of-life care. As a member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will participate in assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating care, and meeting the needs of patients.

The salary range for this position is £29,970 to £36,483 per annum (FTE), depending on experience. We offer various working hours, including full-time positions.
