We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Development Projects TAR team at our Grangemouth site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engineering projects that meet our high standards for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), schedule, cost, and technical performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans that align with our business objectives and agreed processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project execution plans that meet our HSE goals and sanctioned cost, time, and technical performance commitments.
  • Develop project scopes and specifications that satisfy our defined engineering standards.
  • Manage project portfolios that may comprise several concurrent projects on the site.
  • Interface with operational and engineering teams to secure support for project implementation.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage project teams, including engineering contractor teams, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including site managers, construction, cost, and estimating teams.
  • Identify and manage interfaces within the project team and with external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • Develop and implement project controls to deliver management information necessary to achieve sanctioned cost and schedule commitments.
Requirements:
  • Degree (preferably Chartered) qualified or equivalent in an Engineering Discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a project environment, with a good understanding of project gated processes.
  • Knowledge of NEC3 Contracts and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
