Forth Capital is a well-established International Financial Planning firm seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our Client Services Team.

This role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Sales Support/Administration role within a financial advice firm. Key responsibilities include assisting International Financial Advisors with business processing, client meetings, and reports. This includes processing new business applications, maintaining cash balances, and recording business on our CRM system Xplan.

Key requirements:
  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning and reporting abilities
  • Working knowledge of financial CRM systems (preferably Xplan)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude, highly motivated
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Ability to adhere to timescales
