Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a range of clients with their day-to-day enquiries, managing client service support and ensuring client expectations are surpassed.

The role involves providing first-point support for clients and their banking enquiries, as well as working closely with the Client Service Team Leader to identify customized solutions. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including Sales, Relationship Managers, Product Management and Operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving day-to-day queries from clients
  • Encouraging clients to utilize digital self-service tools to improve client experience
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Helping the Client Service Team Leader identify and introduce service improvements to enhance the overall client experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent Hebrew language skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work under pressure within pre-defined SLA's
  • Take ownership of issues and liaise with relevant parties to make informed decisions
  • Must be proactive and prepared to investigate issues off own initiative
  • Experience of planning and prioritizing own time effectively
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for career growth and development.
