About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with complex needs, including those with physical and cognitive impairments
  • Drive accessible vehicles to transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Full clean driving licence with business class 1 insurance
  • Ability to work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
