We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Project Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a key member of our Homelessness Service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness to achieve their full potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to encourage customers to maximize their potential and independence
- Assess customers' needs and develop tailored support plans
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected
- Liaise with external support services to enhance customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing
- Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis support
- Maintain accurate and high-quality written records
Requirements
- Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work to deadlines
- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
