Vivid Healthcare Search Limited is seeking an experienced Care Home Assistant to support care homes in Lincolnshire. As an agency-based worker, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit your lifestyle, with opportunities for both short-term and ongoing assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.)
  • Assist residents in maintaining their independence and well-being
  • Work closely with care teams and follow individual care plans
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding are followed

Benefits:

  • £11 per hour with flexible working hours
  • Choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
  • Day, night, and weekend shifts available
  • Work across multiple care homes for varied experience
  • Weekly pay with full shift flexibility

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working as an HCA in a care home setting is preferred
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
  • Work authorization for the UK required
  • A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
