About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage one of our residential care homes in the Lincoln area, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards, including CQC regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements, ensuring the highest levels of health and safety are adhered to.
  • Work closely with other departments, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each individual's care and support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior leadership role within a care setting, preferably with adults with learning disabilities.
  • Leader in Adult Care, Level 5 qualification.
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable adults, coupled with the resilience to handle challenging situations.
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred care that supports the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of each individual.
