Job Title: AVP Enterprise Risk
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an AVP Enterprise Risk, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain risk management documents (ERMF, Risk Appetite Framework).
- Design and produce stress test and emergency management frameworks.
- Produce enterprise risk reports with input from various departments.
- Update the Chief Risk Officer and committees on the Bank's risk profile.
- Engage with stakeholders to embed ERMF across the Bank.
- Oversee the annual review of the Risk Appetite Statement.
- Deliver risk training programs to promote a robust risk culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in risk management within Financial Services, Audit, or Consulting.
- Understanding of Basel Accord, Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and best practices in risk management.
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations for risk governance.
- Proficiency in Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Operational Risk.
- Degree in Business, Risk, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong independent and team working skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
