We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Clinical Director to join our clinical leadership team in Somerset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our dental services, ensuring high-quality patient care, and contributing to the development of our clinical pathways.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the dental services team, providing guidance, advice, and support to colleagues.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with our Consultant in Special Care Dentistry/Clinical Director and Specialists to shape the future of our dental service.
- Contribute to the development of clinical dental pathways for the South West region.
Requirements
- Full registration with the United Kingdom General Dental Council (GDC).
- NHS performer number for England.
- Experience of working in primary care and treating patients with additional care needs.
- Experience of leading and contributing to the strategic direction of dental services.
