Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team, responsible for leading shifts, training staff, and driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Motivate and train staff to maximize sales and achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, recipes, and initiatives, sharing knowledge with the team.
Requirements
  • A passion for coffee and people, with experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
