Nurse Practitioner Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting.

Job Description:
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care, prioritising individual needs and ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centred care plans.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines.

Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- Warm, considerate, and empathetic character.

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
