Role Summary:
Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Surgery

About the Hospital:
The Cherwell Hospital is a purpose-built 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Theatre Practitioner, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operating department processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the operating department, suggesting improvements and best practices

Requirements:
• Registered with the NMC/HCPC, with previous scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days leave + Bank Holidays, private pension, flexible shift patterns, and more.
