We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at the Cherwell Hospital in Banbury. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting surgical procedures, providing comprehensive nursing care, and contributing to a safe and efficient operating theatre environment.

This is a full-time position, with 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The role also comes with a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities and Skills
  • Supporting surgical teams during operations and maintaining a sterile environment
  • Providing high-quality patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training
