We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Practitioner to join our team and contribute to delivering excellent social work services to our community. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a real difference in people's lives.
As a Social Work Practitioner, you will:
- Work closely with service users, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Provide guidance and support to service users to help them make informed decisions about their lives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote excellence in social work practice.
Main Duties of the Job
About You
You are a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking for a new challenge? As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to our community and contributing to the delivery of excellent outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of service users' needs and developing effective support plans.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to service users to help them cope with challenging situations.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:
- A salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Up to 33 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays - Option to buy additional days.
- Membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme, employer's contribution of up to 19%.
- Relocation package up to a maximum of £8,000 to cover reimbursement of expenses for newly appointed employees (conditions apply).
