Business Development Manager

Empro Consultants is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partners.
  • Manage sales targets and the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Engage with stakeholders and close deals at operational and board levels.
  • Build a strong network and seek out new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Team for accurate pricing and site surveys.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in Hard Services.
  • Strong skills in estimating, pricing, and technical acumen.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
