Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the waste management industry
