Health Visitor Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Health Visitor Assistant to join our dynamic team at Whittington Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our 0-19 Service, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Work in partnership with a supportive integrated team to develop skills in health promotion and support the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
- Contribute to the development of innovative training programs designed to expand your skillset and enhance your professional practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize workload and seek advice when needed, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Support the management of change and contribute to the development of excellent services that focus on improved outcomes for children.
- Utilize IT skills to record care accurately and contemporaneously, and demonstrate competence in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills, with a general education background.
- Excellent communication skills, including IT, written, and oral communication.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and seek advice when needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a commitment to the development of excellent services that focus on improved outcomes for children.
