We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Visitor. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health visiting services to meet the needs of children and families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Conduct home visits and assessments to identify health needs and provide support
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and community groups to promote health and wellbeing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Current NMC registration for nursing or midwifery
- DipHE (or above) qualification equivalent to 120 credits at level 5
- Experience of working within multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of local and national policies influencing health visiting
- Current knowledge of safeguarding issues
