We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large retail team to drive service, engagement, and sales in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a large retail team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement effective solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes

  • A competitive salary of up to £32,000, complemented by a performance-related annual bonus of up to £3,500
