We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Transport Scheduler to join our team at KPI Recruiting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a fully compliant and efficient transport service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless transportation services
* Update customer reports and records to reflect transportation schedules and status
* Handle inbound calls and provide support to customers and internal stakeholders
* Schedule and allocate transportation for service users, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
* Regularly monitor the customer portal for updates and upload travel requests to meet KPI requirements
* Effectively manage your own workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
**Requirements:**
* Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
* Outstanding time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage reports, records, and other documentation
