**Job Title:** UK Head of Workplace Design Strategy

**About the Role:**

As a senior leader at Arcadis Human Resources Limited, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation in our Workplace offer across the UK and Europe. Your key responsibilities will include developing workplace strategies for clients, leading a team of workplace strategists, and cultivating strategic relationships with senior-level clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive business development efforts by establishing a robust project pipeline and generating revenue to support ambitious growth to £5m per annum.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients at a senior level, delivering bespoke design solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Build the team of workplace strategists and designers and provide strategic guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high design standards.

**Requirements:**

  • A seasoned leader with a proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or other relevant design-related field.
  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on workplace design.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
