About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our Assessments Division as a Clinical Nurse Assessor. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions, providing valuable insights to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life
- Listen to their experiences, ask questions, and use your insights to produce a factual report
- Work with a diverse range of cases across various conditions, including mental health
- Manage your caseloads efficiently to deliver a quality and respectful service
