About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & PA to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing finances, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Process invoices, manage expense claims, and support financial reporting activities
  • Administrative Support: Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings, as well as provide excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Record Keeping: Handle and maintain accurate records, ensuring easy access to essential documentation
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative or PA role, and minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role
  • Skill Set: Proficiency with Sage, Xero, and accounting software, excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong organisational abilities
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
