Technical Sales Executive Opportunity

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking to leverage your expertise in a sales role? Do you have a proven track record in business development and customer relationship management?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our team at Intro Personnel. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Winning new business: Focus on securing key accounts and service contracts in the industrial markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and retain our existing customer base, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell our service product range into the industrial markets, undertaking business, market, and competitor analysis to inform your sales strategy.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate orders and contracts that represent sound business and limit risk.

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries, including Mining, Process Manufacturing, and Wastewater. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Building relationships with customers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities in the industrial markets.
