Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Child Development Assistant. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include assisting in delivering planned activities that support the development of children across the curriculum. You will also provide one-on-one support to children with additional learning needs.
- You will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children.
- Collaborating with our nursery staff and parents to support children's individual needs will also be an important part of this role.
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) and experience working with children are preferred qualifications for this position.
