Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at a nursery school in Burnley. This is a long-term position that involves working 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday during term time, with an estimated hourly rate of £12.82.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the Early Years Framework to promote young children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range], holding a full and relevant Level 3 early years qualification and extensive knowledge of the Early Years Framework.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on young lives, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Level 3 early years qualification and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) would be advantageous.
  • A current First Aid Qualification is also desirable.
