Optimize HR Systems and Enhance Patient Care

Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc is a pioneering company in the field of medical imaging, headquartered in Bedford, Massachusetts, with offices in New Jersey, Canada, and Sweden. We are seeking a skilled Senior Field Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing patient care with innovative diagnostics, targeted therapeutics, and artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor performance, conduct audits, and identify issues in HR systems
  • Streamline and automate HR processes using technology, partnering with internal and external IT teams
  • Define data elements to ensure accuracy and integrity within all HR systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and prioritize initiatives based on business needs
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff, maintaining end-user access, compliance, data privacy, and security regulations across all HR systems

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in HR/Technology or related fields with up to 4-6 years of experience
  • Prior experience with UKG, ADP, or similar HR systems
  • Prior experience in report writing with Cognos, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, regulations, data management, and project management
  • Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
