Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team as a Commercial Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and advice to senior management, as well as overseeing the financial planning and budgeting process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a recognized accounting qualification and a minimum of 5 years commercial healthcare experience at a senior level. They will also have excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve working closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, as well as providing support to non-financial managers in the development of their financial acumen and commercial awareness.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management
  • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process
  • Work closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide support to non-financial managers in the development of their financial acumen and commercial awareness
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Requirements
  • Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a minimum of 5 years commercial healthcare experience at a senior level
