Job Description

Our client, a leading Retail brand based in Manchester, is seeking an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team for a 6-month period.

This role is critical to the business and will deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and working on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies.
* Provide end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases.
* Collaborate closely with ER & Legal teams.
* Offer support to business projects on consultation, TUPE, and other related matters.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in managing high-complex employee relations cases at a high volume.

Note: This role is a temporary assignment with the client.
