Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team in the South Midlands region, ensuring that regional sales targets are achieved and company sales procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a sales team to achieve regional sales targets
  • Ensure all company sales procedures are adhered to
  • Monitor the effectiveness of advertising and agree formats and strategies for the region
  • Liaise with Marketing/PR to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
  • Undertake market research reports and control advertising and marketing costs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Embodies the Keepmoat values of being straightforward, collaborative, passionate, and creative
  • Experience managing a sales team using initiative and negotiating skills
  • Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels, including with operational leadership
