Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a sales team in the South Midlands region, ensuring that regional sales targets are achieved and company sales procedures are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a sales team to achieve regional sales targets
- Ensure all company sales procedures are adhered to
- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising and agree formats and strategies for the region
- Liaise with Marketing/PR to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
- Undertake market research reports and control advertising and marketing costs
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Embodies the Keepmoat values of being straightforward, collaborative, passionate, and creative
- Experience managing a sales team using initiative and negotiating skills
- Skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels, including with operational leadership
