Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and execution of proteomics experiments, including sample preparation, LC-MS/MS data acquisition, and data analysis.
  • Collaboration with other lab members on research projects, providing experimental or technical support, and participating in academic activities.
  • Maintenance of laboratory databases, ordering supplies, monitoring budgets, and routine maintenance of equipment.

The successful candidate will be able to take initiative in project design, interact closely with collaborators, and bring extensive knowledge of tandem mass tagging (TMT) and label-free quantitative proteomic approaches.
