Join us as a Senior Analytical Scientist and help shape the future of oncology therapy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive analytical strategies, leveraging expertise in mass spectrometry and biochemistry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative ADC characterization workflows.
  • Publish research papers and present findings at international conferences, showcasing our team's expertise and advancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, applying knowledge to drive process improvements and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Represent our team at scientific events, fostering relationships with industry partners and collaborators.

Your Qualifications:

  • PhD in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field, with a strong background in mass spectrometry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and troubleshooting complex analytical methods.
  • Expertise in LC-MS, HIC-HPLC, SEC, IEX, and RP-HPLC, with experience working with Chromeleon and Vanquish UHPLC systems.
  • Experience working in biotech or industry settings, with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical development and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and training.

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
