About the MET Technician / Fitter Position

We are seeking a skilled MET Technician to join our team at Perfect Placement in Hinckley, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs.

This challenging and rewarding position requires strong technical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring all repairs meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify additional repair work and coordinate with bodyshop advisors for efficient completion.
  • Carry out quality controls to guarantee exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • A fully qualified MET Technician holding NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with excellent pressure management.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £46,800 per annum, with opportunities for Personal Efficiency Bonus and Workshop Bonus schemes up to £60,000+.
  • A one-time joining bonus of £5,000 for your transition into this role.
  • A standard 35-hour week with flexibility, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Overtime available for additional income.

Estimated Salary: £46,800 - £60,000 per annum.
